Program-Small house and studio for couple. Need for passive solar, lots of light, natural ventilation and low maintenance.

Solution-Small footprint, vertical development, corner windows to expand sense of space. Roof deck for views. Stucco walls contrast and reflect natural setting. Radiant heat, recycled tires used in foundation. Built-in storage and bookcases throughout with durable materials used in high traffic areas.
